Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with hziermall. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Your full name.

  • A brief description of the reason for the return.

  • Photos of the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, hziermall will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sillleonore66@outlook.com.

Please provide clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please wait until the order is delivered and then follow our return procedure.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes, any additional shipping or handling fees incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
